Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Handcrafted Items
Please note that as handcrafted items, each piece may have slight variations in size, glaze application, and surface texture. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.
